Who we are
This website belongs to Sapkota CPA, PLLC, a CPA firm based in Bedford, Texas. You can reach us at cpasapkota@gmail.com or (682) 307-2689.
What this website collects
This website has no forms, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking code. It loads nothing from other websites: fonts, images and scripts are all served from this domain.
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). When you open a page, the host processes technical details of the request, such as your IP address, the page address, your browser type and the time, to deliver and protect the website. We do not use these details to identify you.
When you email or call us
If you email or call us, we use what you send — your name, contact details and what you tell us about your situation — to answer you and prepare a quote. Email is received in our Google (Gmail) account. Please don't send Social Security numbers, bank logins or tax documents by email or text; we give clients a secure upload link for those.
Clients
If you become a client, your engagement letter explains how we handle your records. We keep client records confidential as required of Texas CPAs, and keep them for as long as professional rules and tax law require.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your information for advertising. We share it only as needed to do the work you engage us for, for example when we file a return with the IRS or the Texas Comptroller, or when the law requires it.
