Individuals, sole proprietors and single-member LLCs. Your fee is set by your monthly transaction volume.
LLCs, partnerships, S corporations and C corporations with payroll or higher volume. We agree the fee after a look at your records.
Priced by the forms and schedules your situation needs.
Prices shown are starting fees. Larger businesses, catch-up on past months, payroll processing and tax planning are priced separately.
We look at your records before quoting, so the fee matches the work. These are the things that move it:
| Factor | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Monthly transactions | Each bank and card line is coded and reconciled. More lines, more work. |
| Bank and card accounts | Every account is reconciled to its statement every month. |
| Employees and contractors | Payroll, quarterly Form 941, year-end W-2s and 1099s. |
| Texas sales tax | Monthly, quarterly or yearly returns to the Comptroller, depending on your filing frequency. |
| Entity type | A Schedule C, a partnership return and an S corporation return are different amounts of work. |
| State of your records | Months that were never reconciled are caught up first, at a separate fixed fee. |
Before we start, you get an engagement letter that says what we will do, what you will send us, and the fee. If your business changes — new employees, a new state, a new entity — we agree the new fee with you before the work changes.
No. Bookkeeping is a fixed monthly fee and each tax return has a written quote. If something outside the agreed scope comes up, we tell you the price before doing it.
Yes. The introduction is free and without obligation. You get a written quote afterwards.
Two businesses with the same revenue can have ten or a thousand transactions a month. We look at your records first so the fee fits your business.
